Story Club is Chicago's best open mic for stories.
Story Club has been featured on Time Out Chicago, Gaper's Block, Metromix, the DePaul Writing Center website, and is recommended by the Chicago Tribune.
The goal of Story Club is to mix the spontaneity of an open mic with the experience of live theater. We have created a forum for writers/performers to display their storytelling prowess, be it fiction or nonfiction, read from the page or memorized.
We give you a mic and 5-8 minutes. You tell us a story.
